Note: Our Early Bird Special has been extended to April 30, 2024.

Refund policy updated:

UPDATED REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be allowed on DEPOSIT (50%) payments. The remainder of the payment is strongly encouraged to be paid in one month before the convention by July 6, 2024.

Only the FULL amount payments will be refundable if you want to cancel for any reason. If you cancel your registration before 4/31/24, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. If you cancel before 5/30/24, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. If you cancel before 6/30/24, 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.

NO REFUNDS will be given after 6/30/24.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION...

The airport is St Louis Lambert International (STL).
Transportation is on your own - Rental vehicles, Lyft or Uber. Approximate time of travel 1 hr. and 12 mins - (67 miles).
No shuttle bus from airport to convention.
Printable Driving Directions to Lake Williamson Christian Center.
Hotels reservations can be made in Litchfield, IL - (Approximate 10-15 min drive time).
Workshops/Meetings/Worship Services/Speakers coming soon.
Youth & Teens events will be during the day.
